Programes on both pucks
We have 2 pucks in separate rooms we each watch diffrent programmes but they are mixing together

Yes, you can watch different programmes on each Puck - but what do you mean by mixing together?

You have one Sky Stream account. Your playlists and viewing history will be the same on both pucks, they do not operate as independent devices and are linked via your single Whole Home subscription.

i think there is a feature to have different playlists though, isn't ther?

You can certainly create multiple playlists, but all the playlists will sync between all the Glass and Stream pucks on the account.

Yes it's synced to a single Sky profile. You can use different playlists to track different shows but your continue watching bar will be merged. I think actual user profiles would be a great addition to Sky, but currently that's not the case.
