I have a Sky Streaming Puck, it keeps freezing/locking up. Sometimes it locks up when viewing the TV guide, other times it will show a few minutes of a stream before freezing up. It has been unusable since I had it at the end of August and not watched more than 5 minutes on it.
i've been through the help guides and tried everything suggested and nothing has worked.
i think the device is faulty and needs replacing but am unable to speak to anyone at Sky to get assistance. Can anyone help or provide a number I can call to speak to a human? The numbers I have called all go to a bot that just pushes you the same help articles I've already tried.
