Sky Stream will not accept my pin. I tap it in but it just keeps asking for the pin

Hi @Southy01  unless you have changed your pin the default is the last 4 numbers of your phone number registered with Sky.

Try this and see if it works.

a thanks but my pun is correct. I keep entering it and it just keeps asking for it. 
if the Pin was wrong, it would only give me 3 chances. I've tied 20+ times!

Hi again @Southy01  Have you tried rebooting your puck in case it is a software glitch?

To do this go to Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device.  It takes a couple of minutes to completely reboot and you will have a blank screen for a couple of minutes before the Sky logo appears.

Is this on initial puck setup or when trying to watch a show ?

if it's on setup try pulling the power lead when you see the pin screen and it should skip it on the next run through
