Sky puck issues

My Sky Puck either freezes, looses sound, looses remote control function and switches off altogether. Anyone else having these issues. More importantly! I'm new to Sky (3 weeks) and didn't have any of these issues with Virgin Media. And get no help whatsoever from Sky.

@David_-  Your post has been moved fro the Sky+ board as you don't have Sky+ you have a stream puck, these are 2 completely different services.

 

How is you puck connected to your router?

 

What speed are you getting to the puck?

 

On the puck open netflix, go to get help, run connection test, what speed is being reported.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Says my connection speed is 64.63Mbps.
