Im having issues with the streaming of my Tv via my sky puck. I cant connect it via an ethernet cable because the open reach hub is in a different room to where I have my tv. After checking via Netflix it says I'm only getting 20 Mbps connection speed. How do I go about fixing this issue?
Thanks!

Depending on the speed of your agreed download speed with your ISP, you may need to upgrade your speed if you can. Ideally you should have a minimum of 25mbps for Sky Stream @Dbarker225

Recommended minimum broadband speed of 25Mbps. Or 30Mbps if you add an extra Sky Stream puck or to watch in UHD.
You might want to look at power line adapters if an ethernet cable will not work for you.

Thank you for your reply, I've spoken to sky and my download speed is a fraction of what it should be, they are looking into it.
