Hello i recently switched to sky and have strange problem , YouTube short always hangs and I have to exit and relaunch another app then launch YouTube and it works for few videos and then freeze again.
netflix and normal stream works fine , Netflix bandwidth checker showing over 300mbs bandwidth
any suggestions?

We have the same, new to Sky and my son keeps moaning that he can't watch what he wants.

I contacted sky , unfortunately they were not helpful , I tried to upgrade to Sky max and install a pod , still doesn't work.
i also disabled 5G wifi band and only left 2G band , still have the same issue.
looks like something in the version of YouTube App on puck.
its strange that I have the same problem on another pick when it's at the same location but not when it's 2/3 meter nearer to the hub.
i am confident that it has nothing to do with the wifi interfering or 5G/2G band.
hope this helps anyone who is upgrading to get the pods.

I've had issues with YouTube since the new update.
Blank screen and only option is to reset the puck.

I have Reset the puck , reset the app , refreshed the app , signed-in , signed-out still no joy. Used it in signed - out mode , tried two different accounts still same issue.
interesting thing is that if I switch to next video short and doesn't let the video play fully then I can watch 30x more before it freeze
