My Sky stream puck keeps freezing and crashing on all apps and sky channels. I can watch about 2/3 minutes of a sky channel and it will freeze and just play sound and then crash and the puck restarts and it happens over again.
We have barley been able to watch anything or use apps it's easier to use the smart TV over sky. Is there any fix for this? I have checked the internet speed (its Ethernet only), puck is in venetelated area, I have done multiple types of resets and restarts and even factory reset but it still crashes daily.
