Hi, have power to the puck and remote! TV is on the right screen as it states tv signal lost, this is always the screen we get before we turn Sky on. Rebooted the puck and tried to re-programme to tv as not used this one for a while, I get the white light and hold the power button until the orange and green light comes on and then release, puck then immediately flashes red/orange for 10 seconds, goes to white and then no light. Any advice??
