Is this all content on discovery + or only sports content?
Have you linked your Sky and discovery + accounts as per the instructions here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-marketplace-subscribe-to-discovery-plus
If you login to your discovery plus account on a web browser and go to manage accounts it will show the subscription type of provided by Sky if the linking has worked.
