Maybe report the issue to Viewer Relations at viewerR@sky.uk

Hey - I am having the same issue too, got five minutes in and it died on me and now won't load. Must be an issue with the boxset - on a chat with a Sky rep now.

@marbleyarncake report the issue to Viewer Relation at viewerR@sky.uk The more people that do it the more priority it may be given.
I have to confess when I say it worked properly (see post above) I only played about 30 seconds to make sure it was working. Maybe I would also have had problems if I had watched for a few minutes.

I have reported it to the agent who is reporting it back - the weird thing is the show works just fine on my Sky Go app so I'm watching it that way...

Yes. Have emailed them as advised but reply is 3 working days so was just wondering if it's been resolved. Judging by most recent post. Clearly not. Very frustrating. Pay enough as it is for sky without issues like this.
