Sky puck crashing
Hi,
I've tried finding common issues but I have seen any so far.
My sky puck keeps crashing. The light isn't on and it either freezes the screen or goes to the sky logo and is unresponsive until I unplug it from the power source. It mainly happens late evening. Internet is working fine and phone internet and other devices are still connected to the internet. It will then come back on and say there is a technical fault with this program and to try again later. It's getting really frustrating now. In there a problem with the puck or a common occurrence while streaming?
Thanks in advance!

Re: Sky puck crashing
@Kim134 several possible causes including a faulty puck but that is quite rare. First possibility is an issue with the power supply so if your lights dim at the sametime thst can cause the puck to crash. You can crash the pucks by giving too many remote commands so if somebody or the catcsits onnthe remote and although Sky have made the pucks much more resiliant there are limits.
If you can exclude those or anything else then it does sound likeca dodgy pucks which Sky will normally swap if asked.

Re: Sky puck crashing
Hi Chrisee,
Thank you so much for this. The lights aren't dimming but it is plugged into a 7plug extension lead to I'll try unplugging what isn't necessary and see if that helps. If not I'll ask them to replace it. It's been an issue since I got it last month.
