Sky puck blank screen but sound
I'm getting black screen but sound on all channels. I've switched the puck off directly and from the plug but no luck. The static Home Screen is fine but there are just no broadcast/moving picture. I switch to non Sky "Live TV" and all is fine. This is the final straw as I've had issues from installation a year ago. Any suggestions?

Assuming your puck is connected to a 4K capable display and your have the UHD & Atmos add-on pack, try going into settings (... three dots button > Settings > Picture and sound > Picture.
Set Picture resolution to 1080p and Default streaming format to HD. Test one of the problem shows again.
Assuming it works (it should), push the Picture resolution up to 2160p (aka 4K) but leave Default streaming format on HD. try the test again. if it doesn't work, either your display/TV isn't 4K or there is a problem with your TV handling the 4K output of the puck.
If 4K works, then set default streaming content to UHD. Then try something like Game of Thrones - before hitting play on say the opening episode, go to the 'settings cog' All formats button next to the Play and + buttons. Select Ultra HD first (not Ultra HD with HDR). The 4K alone should work.
Then try Ultra HD with HDR.. If this fails, the issue is with your display/TV not handling the HLG (Hybrid Log Gamma) HDR format that Sky uses.
Bedroom: Sky Glass gen 1 43” dusky pink, Apple TV 4K.
