SkySport F1 Techncal Issue

Every time I try to watch channel 407 - Sly Sports F1 on my sky stream it tells me there is a technical issue, please try again later. 

I spoke with a technical advisor who got me to do a hard reset on my puck. This initially fixed the problem until I tried again the next day and the technical issue was back and the channel wouldn't work. 

I reset the puck again, which got F1 to work but now BBC1 and many other channels dont work, another reset made other channels work but back to F1 not working!! Its the first race of the season this weekend and F1 is one of the only reasons I have sky so this is so frustrating! Any ideas what to do?!

What worked for me is everyday before watching anything restart the puck then it will be fine
