Can anyone help us... we have Sky pucks. Never had any issues until we have recently moved house. EVERY app. Even live TV the audio is stuttering. Have tried to rewind. Have tried closing app and starting again. Have adjust sound settings ect. Unplugged. Factory reset the puck and it's still doing it. Driving us nuts! 🤣

Find out more@Zlwillcox I don't know if this is the same thing and I can't see why it should start after a house move but I find my audio stutters if I have it set to PCM. It might be worth you trying some of the other audio modes. Currently Dolby Digital + works best for me.
If your picture also stutters then I believe the cause could be inconsistent WiFi which could be the result of your house move.

Yeah unfortunately I've tried alllllll the audio settings and it's still happening. It's so frustrating 😫
