Try opening netflix, open the menu (on the left) and scroll down to "Get Help?". In the menu choose "reload netflix".
The other thing to ensure is that your not trying to use it on more than 2 screens consecutively (depending on your plan). Https://www.sky.com/help/articles/netflix-faqs.
