I wasn't told anything about needing a multi room subscription neither was I asked if I was watching my sky TV from other devices. All I said was that I wanted everything to be exactly the way it is now. They must have known I was watching from other devices due to having sky go extra on the current package I had. That's usually what you have it for. How are people supposed to know certain things themselves unless they ask you the relevant questions so you can tell them?

Have you submitted a formal complaint about this egregious customer service?
The question I would ask is why you lost Sky GO Extra😉

I have filed a formal complaint to the CEO of sky. I have someone calling me back within the next 48 hours. I will however ask the question as to why I lost it 👍🏻
