The Whole Home subscription supplement enables additional pucks to be used.  No additional physical hardware is added to the account by default: each puck has an up-front fee.

Sky Glass 55" (on ethernet) & two Stream Pucks (one ethernet / one WiFi)
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2

Did you call Sky to order Whole Home or did someone call you, claiming to be from Sky?

Sky can choose to discount the first additional puck to a zero fee once While Home has been added, but that's not necessarily guaranteed.

Some Glass/Stream users have Whole Home to be able to use Sky Go on an Apple TV box or games console, and don't want a puck.
