Sky keeps turning off

My sky keeps turning off and then goes blank and then comes back with just the sky wording.

Hi @Oliviapillinger 

 

Is this sky glass or sky stream? When you say "sky wording" do you mean the sky logo at start up?

 

If so follow the advice here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/setting-up-sky-glass-sky-logo

Please answer the question in my reply to you. Have you tried the steps in the help article. Sky can provide new pucks if you received them after February 2023 they are only loaned to you.

 

You will need to call sky for this as we are fellow subscribers on the community.

Turns out it was some kind of update, and the pucks had reset, but we're not responding properly (my guess is there was some kind of installation going on in the background?) Anyhow, all working again now.
