Sky home - can’.t get sky on more than one puck at a time

I have paid for sky home and have 4 pucks. When one tv is already viewing sky I cannot get it on another tv connected to a different puck. The tv says there is no internet connection. Any ideas.

@Patrick81  Your post ahs been moved from the Sky Q board as you don;t have Sky Q , you have posted you have SKy STream.

Thats not a Whole Home related message, if it's your TV showing that message then you're not selecting the correct HDMI input on your TV to  view the puck output.

Do you live in a highly populated area like a tower block or large housing estate which is densely populated ?

No. I am in a small rural community but I have full fibre and at least 200 mps at the tv sets.

@Patrick81  Please clarify are you seeing the wifi message on the actual TV or the Stream puck?

Speed is irrelevant if there is a Wifi issue.

@Patrick81  Have you connected your puck to aHDMI input on the TV?  Have you selected the inout and setup the puck?

Hi @Patrick81

That message is unrelated to whole home. You need to provide some more details.. is this a new install? Has it ever worked? How many pucks are working / not working? Have you tried swapping a working one with a non working one?

Have you tried all the steps in this article: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-no-wifi-connection-osm

Ok that throws my idea out, I assumed that it may be congestion causing the issue. I regularly run on a 4g connection and that fine so your fibre connection will be more than enough. I've found a puck use around 15mbps so barely touching the surface of your connection.
