Both Tv pucks not connecting to Wi fi. Tried all Sky suggests but noting doing?

Both Pucks offline to wi fi. Got 1 working on weak signal but no luck on the other. Tha app says Fault for both. 

 

All my other tech is fine on WiFi with full signal.

 

Tried all of the fixes in app but no change after 3 hours

Hi @Steve-yo25 

 

For clarity are you a sky broadband customer? What fixes have you tried? We are fellow customers not sky so you will need to provide more details or you can speak to sky for troubleshooting by calling them in 150 from a sky landline or mobile.

I have found the WiFi isn't that great on the pucks. My house has concrete block internals and WiFi is a pain. I usually take the puck in the bathroom which is about 10m from my router and it will lose connection but my phone is fine. If I take it in the garden then I also have an issue.
