Sky hd magic eye

I have recently had a media wall installed and my sky had. Ox is now in a unit behind a door. The remote control now doesn't work. 
im looking at magic eyes but there seem so many and don't want to get it wrong.

help !!!

What sky product have you got? You have posted in the Sky Stream forum and the remote control for Stream and Glass connects via Bluetooth.
