Hi @Antony98
You will need to provide more information. Do you have more than one puck and the other works fine? If so it's likely poor connectivity. Sky say you need 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD. You can check what your puck is getting in netflix (Profile pic > get help? > Connectivity check).
You may have more stability using ethernet cable or homeplugs or ask for wireless extenders from your ISP.
