Sky glass/ sky puck

Recently just had sky glass installed and got two sky pucks for other rooms in the house , when first turning them on asked to connect to the WIFI which I done and said was successful , then went to other screens where it tries to download and then comes up with software error and to retry , done this on both and does this to both of them , I have tried doing the reset where you turn off and hold button in til it flashes and does the same thing , I have tried to do this right next to the router in case it was the WiFi strength and did the same

I see you have tried the recovery procedure in step 2 of the 'Software error' help article below.

 

Would suggest trying a forced update as in step 4
