TV Puck not delivered

I ordered TV package 3 days ago and had no email for delivery ect even though it said next day with dpd... Is this normal?

What does your MySky order tracking say?

It just says ordered with a grey circle. I got a email saying what I ordered also but nothing else.

I'd have thought you'd have a tracking number by now. Hopefully someone can come to escalate this post so you can speak to Sky about it.

The exact same thing has happened to me. I ordered on 21st May and it still isnt resolved despite several phone calls to sky. Essentially im now stuck waiting until they decide to sort it, and with no TV since I cancelled all my other subscriptions when i signed up. Not a great start.

Did you ever get this resolved?

Thanks but if they are anything like the 6 or so advisors I have spoken to on the phone, they'll pretty much just tell me to put up and shut up.
