There shuldn't be any need to set Sky Cinema up. At the top of your Sky Stream homescren go into Movies then into the Sky Cinema button. Try playing anyting you like the look of in here. If it plays, it is working. If not, then Sky Cinema isn't enabled on your Sky TV subscription.

You don't, you just go to a channel and select it.
