Sky Cinema Free Trail - Not working

Hi,

I got an email offering me a 4 week free trail of Sky Cinema, then £7 a month for 6 months.

This offer ends tomorrow, everytime I click the link to activate I get a message on the website saying there is a tecnical error.

I have spent an hour trying to get on the online chat but that isnt working either

Any ideas what I can do?

I've had the same problem, had an email to explain all about the trial.. thought I'd start it tonight as it runs out tommorow... no link to accept it or get near it such a shame

Im getting annoyed with it now, online chat is absolutly usless and no one can help.

Maybe they done it on purpose to make us pay full price instaed of using the offer, very bad practice

It's Disappointing ,

I've screen shot my email and time that I read it tonight with the offer that was supposed to to expire tommorow.

I think the best thing to do moving forward is to contact sKy by telephone with an explanation and express the disappointment it has caused and I would like to think sKy would then grant the trial due to what I think may be due system glitch reasons. 
I'm gonna give that a go .. maybe that will work for you too... all the best with that , If it works I'll update .

Hi, it appears to be a common issue as I had exactly the same. I've called them and they've activated it for me.

How did you manage this? Which dept did you call as they wouldnt offer me this despite receiving the same email as the link does not work.

I had the same issue, the offer was there a few days ago but I decided to wait till the weekend to activate it. Not too bothered really.

I called 0 3 3 3 7 5 9 3 9 5 4 and held for an operator. They should be honouring it!
