Sky Streaming blacking out

Sky streaming keeps blacking out and occasionally freezing, I have carried out a factory reset and changed the HDMI cable. This didn't work I have installed a new puck and it is still doing the same, could it be the router or even the broadband itself?

Since removing the UHD, this has stopped happening, I now need to have that removed from my account so that I don't have to pay for it anymore.

Go into your MySky account online or in the MySky app.

Under Your products, click on UHD & Dolby Atmos and remove the pack there.
