Sky channel 402
Hello, is anyone having a problem with Sky Sports channel 402 picture (Sky Stream).....it's very blurred at times and impossible to look at, and then it clears up for a few hours or couple of days even, then goes bad again.

Re: Sky channel 402
Usually a sign of variable internet throughput quality. What are your download stats and what do you think you should be getting?
Sky Stream, Sky Glass, Panasonic DX902, Pioneer LX-901 7.1.4

Re: Sky channel 402
Hi - Thanks for getting back on this.
my connection speed is 51.04 Mbps.
I'm not sure if that is acceptable but it says on my Netflix app that 'network check successful'
so I imagine that is okay?
- I'm not really a tech person so not sure really on what I should be getting.
Thanks - I'd be grateful if you would have an further feedback?

Re: Sky channel 402
@JF+Powell 51mbps is perfectly acceptable however you will get a reduction in that available bandwidth if others are using the internet at the same time.
This could lead to a drop in quality of your stream quality as the broadcast stream adjusts to the drop in available bandwidth.
This could also happen is you pick up interference which causes a drop in bandwidth on your WiFi.
Ideally, you want your puck to be recieving a stable and constant connection of at least 35mbps.
