F1 Catch-up Issues !!!
I have a Sky Puck using sky broadband to get my channels, we also signed up for Sky Sports. During the Saudi GP weekend there was an issue with the catchup. When I went to play the GrandPrix (after the race had finished) it immediately went to the Chequered Flag showing and played that instead. After multiple resets, on, offs and updating we couldn't view the F1. Is there any ongoing issues with the Puck or the catchup system? Has anyone else suffered with this?

Resetting won't help in this situation. Stream is basically a client device they points to sky's servers. We have to wait for the broadcaster to make the content available and sometimes there can be issues with meta data etc. in this circumstance the best cause of action is to emails sky's viewer relations team (viewerR@sky.uk) who will investigate and feedback.
However if you add the F1 to your playlist beforehand it should set to cloud record and playback from your playlist will give you the full cloud recording.
