@Gordon47  Your post has been moved from  the Sky+ forum as you have stated you have Sky Stream, Sky+ is a different box.

You can order an extra puck online through your account, you'll need the Whole Home subscription to use more than one puck.

The price of a new puck will also be shown here which is normally £39.95 per additional puck.

I'm not sure what cables to refer to but if you originally had Sky via satellite you can't mix the 2 services.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

What cables? To a satellite dish? You can't mix Sky Stream with Sky Q I'm afraid, Sky only allow one service or the other.

You can purchase a Freesat box if you wish and connect them to a dish if you would like free-to-air channels delivered by satellite.
