Blocky picture on certain channels

Hi,

im having issues of blocky pixelated picture but only on certain channels. This morning whilst flicking through the channels. I noticed France 24 was unwatchable. All other channels were fine.

this afternoon it's now sky news.. I've reset the puck & there's no difference. I have sky broadband with current speeds of 224 mb

Re: Blocky picture on certain channels

Sky are sending an engineer out on Tuesday. She did mention that a fix was implemented today for sky sports news.

The advisor ran multiple checks that shows speeds were good and a good connection 93% of the time..

anyway it's a wait and see game.

It's fine on NOW TV. I've had it on for the past couple of hours. No issues at all.

Re: Blocky picture on certain channels

Clearly not all advisors were aware otherwise. The woman I spoke to didn't know anything about it & I'm sure she wouldn't have booked an engineer if she knew about the issue
