Sky box no.2 not working.

On my second tv, linked to my main set, the message Weak or No Signal, check the antenna cable connection comes up. I have tried all the recommended  options to try and sort it but no success. How do I book an engineer?

@Architrave  That message is not a stream puck message it is your TV telling you you have no DTT signal (a look at your TVs user manual would tell you this)., therefore you're trying to access freeview on your TV not your puck, you need to be selecting the HDMI input which the stream puck is connected to to seee it.

It does not mean you puck isn't working.  Try scrolling through the TV inputs with your TV's remote.

Stream pucks have no engineer appointments, and even if they did this issue does  nto require an engineer as this is a user error.

Yes, but all was working fine since installed last August. The SKY box light just flahes then goes off.

@Architrave  Have you followed the last reply?  You need to select the correct input to see the puck.  At present you're on the DTT input that is whay you are seeing this message.

Re: Sky box no.2 not working.

Sorry, but I do not have a technical mind. The tv is fixed to a wall. All cables have been in place since last August, no problem.

@Architrave  You need to use the TV's remote to scroll through the inputs until you find the one the puck is connected to. Please check the TV's user manual if you're not sure how to do this.

Are you sure? When you turn the Puck on, the white power LED now flashes white briefly, then remains on dimly. That's a fairly recent change.
