Hi
I have a message saying my sky tv services are being restored, but this has been displayed since yesterday and says should only be a couple of hours.
I've tried restarting everything a few times. The broadband is on but streaming not available, bills up to date too.

@Imohope90 what steps did you take when you say you have "restarted everything a few times"?

Followed the step by steps for set up, I've restarted the Puck, unplugged it and left it for. A few minutes replugged it in, checked the network and it's all connected, checked my account all my bills are up to date, I have the subscriptions active but literally can't access anything on the Puck just a screen with the different channels I can subscribe to with a message saying I need to restore my streaming every time I click on it, it says my TV services are being restored and will be back on within 2 hours, but it's been like this for days now

I currently don't have access to a mobile phone to make any calls this is a long term issue but I was looking for online chat customer service but likely sky one of the biggest companies in the world don't have that feauture which is ridiculous really

You may need to refresh your browser for the chat bubble to appear.
