Sky TV keeps Freezing

Hi, Need some help my sky puck freezes continously, about 2 to 3 times a day and it requires a full hard reset of power off and restart. Puck is hard wired to router and WiFi settings turned to off as advised by sky engineer for hard wire. I have tried with ethernet out and only on WiFi and same issue. This is happening on both apps and live TV. Box is not overheating and has no other WiFi devices nearby. Cheers Steven.

Can you open netflix > profile pic > get help? > Connectivity check and what speed does it show there. Might be worth running multiple times and taking an average. Also who is your ISP and what speed is your broadband?

Isp is Sky and from Netflix average speed is 95 Mbs with lowest reading showing at 85Mbs
