Sky TV in bedroom. Puck?

I was told I just have to connect TV in bedroom with the sky WiFi and it has connected to the sky Wi-Fi but I can't seem to get sky channels on the bedroom TV. Wasn't sure if I need to get a Puck for it..

@GeorgeH8  You need a puck for each TV that you want to watch Sky on (A Whole Home sub is required to watch Sky on 2 pucks or more, up to 6).

A Smart TV does not have Sky built in, connecting it to WiFi simply allows you to use the built in apps such as Netflix, iPlayer etc.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If your tv is a Glass tv then you don't need a puck and it should connect via either WiFi or Ethernet. What TV do you have @GeorgeH8
