Discussion topic: Sky Streaming puck not working

I've been having issues with my Sky Streaming Puck not turning on for the past c.3days.

I've tried following Sky's guidance (https://www.sky.com/help/articles/power-issue-help-sky-glass-sky-stream-puck) and it still doesn't work. The control seems fine and lights up when I press buttons.

Any suggestions?

@Mlr1995 @Is it only using the remote that it doesn't turn on. Does it work if you press the standby button on the bottom of the stream puck?
