Sky Streaming continually crashing

Hi,

We continually have shows crash resulting is reboot the puck 3 or more times a night. Broadband speed over 350mb fribre. Seems to happen primarily with sky shows such as sucession and most recently sweet pea. Netflix and TV seem ok. My 30mb service was better than this service though. Any suggtions on reasons. Planning to cancel as it's a terrible service.
