Paramount+

When trying to watch on the Paramount+ App within Sky Stream Puck, whatever I'm watching gets frozen/stuck at the point of the adverts beginning. Is this built in to make us pay for the Ad Free option? Otherwise what is the fix for it? I've been through the fault finding process over the phone but it's started freezing within 48 hours. I'm not going through this again like with Virgin, I'm a new Customer so will just bin the lot off and go with Terretrial TV Aerial!
