Constant pixelation issues
We are experiencing constant pixalation issues when using our sky puck. We have followed all the troubleshooting, the puck has excellent connection to the WiFi, restarted multiple times, reset and relinked. Still having the issue. It's every few seconds and is affecting our viewing
