Sky Streaming Puk slow and unresponsive

Does anyone else find the Sky Streaming Puk slow and unresponsive..... coincidentally (?) even more so whenever I turn down full fibre?

And options such as 'watch from start' often drop out?

@Jsljsl  It is difficult to be certain but usually there are two reasons this can happen.  Firstly check your broadband speed, you can do this in the Netflix app whether or not you have an account, just go to the help page and you will see the option to check your broadband speed.

The other reason can be where your puck is.  It needs to stand alone with nothing touching it and about 6 inches of clear space around it.

Hi, cheers ...the puk is on a patio door step,  which is under the sky dish and the broadband booster (also useless) is about 6" away, then the router, and that all. 

The TV is about 4-5 ft away from them

It's not ideal to have any wireless devices that close to a 'booster'.  Obviously a Sky dish location makes no difference at all to Stream.
