Sky Q to stream

Is it possible to carry my offers over from Q to stream? The price to migrate across is almost double what I'm currently paying but keen to ditch the dish off the house.

Typically they aren't going to offer the same discounts: the Glass/Stream option line-up is somewhat different anyway.
