Sky Stream won’t recognise hdmi inputs

We switched from Virgin to Sky on Tuesday, and we are having issues with changing HDMI inputs. We game so regularly change between HDMIs for the tv and our consoles.
We didn't have this issue with Virgin, as the button was on the remote however none of our tv inputs come up on the "Apps and Inputs" section of Sky Stream. This means we are currently having to use our Virgin remote to change between them but we are sending that back soon so will be without a solution.
Our TV is a Toshiba and we do not have the orignal

remote. We were not made aware that this might be an issue when we switched to Sky.

@Blackspider  A Stream puck cannot show the input of your TV, you need to use the TVs own remote to select the correct input.

The stream puck can only display the content from the puck itself and cannot show an input as it doesn't have one.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: Sky Stream won’t recognise hdmi inputs

The sky remote doesn't switch inputs on your tv as it's not required. Pressing the home button when your TV isn't displaying sky switches the input.

I'd recommend buying a cheap replacement remote for your TV off Amazon or eBay.

You'll either need to get a cheap replacement universal remote which will change the input on your Toshiba TV or get a more expensive learning remote which can be taught the commands for both your TV and the puck remote.

Comcast did release a version of the puck remote with their Xumo Stream box in the USA with an input select button:

If you could get hold of one these remotes you might be able to pair it with a Stream puck as they use identical technology.
