Sky Cinema, Sky Sports and Ad Skipping all work on Sky Stream but they say "Processing" in "My Sky" - "My Products" section. However, in the Sky Sports app or Sky Go app it says I have no subscription for Sky Sports or Sky Cinema! Yes, I am logged in with the same Sky ID.

Hey,
The app can be abit slow updating but should be updated within 24/48 hours, have you tried login onto a desktop / laptop and seeing if they are on your account this way? If not give Sky Stream team a call and they should be able to access your account and add the subsciptions on maunally their end for yourself.

It's been 4 months since I started my subscription. I've only just tried to use Sky Go and Sky Sports app.

This has been escalated to the Sky Messaging team who hopefully can help you out, they should be in touch with you regarding this within the next 48 hours via a colourful chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
You may need to refresh your browser for the chat bubble to appear.
