Since I changed to sky broadband I have not been able to watch TV, Netflix even YouTube

When I tried connect my TV, the display is

Wireless Device on TV..... Found

Local Access: Failed

Internet Access: Failed

 

 

Retry connection

Repeat Network setup

Exit

I tried severally but it is still not working

I don't know what to do next

@UU4  So is this to do with a Sky Stream puck as you've posted in the stream forum?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Is it the WiFi built into the tv you have ? Or the sky stream ?

 

if it's the tv then it would be worth googling the issue and seeing if any other users of the same tv have come across the issue and have a fix
