Have you tried unplugging it for a couple of minutes?
if that doesn't help , how do you have it connected to the internet via WiFi or Ethernet cable?

What is the connection speed between your router and Puck?
You measure that using the Netflix Network Check on your Puck😉

If it doesn't open then there is an issue that should be reported to Sky nott the Sky Community Discussion forums🤔
