Sky Stream remote - how do you access letters for passwords?

Hi there

I've just switched from Sky Q to Sky Stream. I need to enter an email address and  password for one of my apps and have absolutely no idea how to enter the letters for this from my remote.

My Sky Q remote had letters assigned under each number on the keypad and this seems to have disappeared on the Stream remote.

I have paired the remote using the 7+9, 4+6 and 3+1 command and the settings are in. I've tried pressing every button but nada. I also can't seem to access the Options menu - it only gives me a Search function?

Can anyone tell me how to access this? Otherwise I can't access my app!

When you click on the username / password part you should get an on screen keyboard

Try repairing the remote as below 

The remote can be reset and paired again following these steps;

1. Press and hold 7 and 9 together on your Sky remote for three seconds.
2. Press and hold 4 and 6 together for three seconds.
3. Press and hold 1 and 3 together for three seconds and follow the on-screen instructions.

I tried that too and went through all the settings for sound, tv, etc and still no letter keypad.
