Sky Stream regular pixelation, sound not synced, blank screen
I have raised the problems of pixelation, increased deterioration and in worse case the complete loss of channel with Sky and there seemed to be understanding of the problem. This was before Christmas. I have followed all advice but yesterday evening was really bad across all channels. My wife is so frustrated by it and thinks it is rubbish after switching from Sky Q several months ago. It seemed to be so promising at the start but I am seriously questioning why I am persisting. Is there any hope for a better service?

I've been getting the similar issues for a couple of weeks now. Regretting not getting the Q box fitted... Pixelation on Sky channels, but all fine when streaming to Netflix, Apple, Discovery. It's happening every 10 seconds or so, sometimes leading to a full picture freeze, but more commonly just a blip... but saying that, as I type, the screen just went black! After a soft restart the picture's frozen. It's unusable.
The (temporary) fix appears to be a hard reboot - which is currently a daily event/requirement.
disappointed in a company releasing a product or update in such a poor state. Where's their testing?

I just contacted Sky to report this as an issue - especially as it's not just affecting me...
I was essentially told it must be my network...because they're unable to 'see' my puck attached to the router (I have a better mesh WiFi network in place)
Every symptom points towards the exact opposite, it's got to be a software/firmware issue, but getting 'them' to accept fault is nigh on impossible. I can't be, and aren't, the only person this is affecting.
