Sounds like there's an issue with the puck but need to check if there's also a problem with my account.

Did you get through to the autobot when you phoned?
If you had, you'd probably would've been offered a link by txt to received help ... reply YES you'd have been sent to the this community ... reply NO you'd have been sent to Sky CSs😉
