Watch from start for F1

Another weekend and another issue I seem to be having with my stream. 

Im receiving this error: There is a technical fault with this programme. Please try again later. 

This appears whenever I try to watch F1 from the start. I first tried 45 mins ago and I have tried again a couple of times since. 

if it just me having this issue and if so does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get round it? I'd just live to see the whole race this evening is possible.

I had the exact same problem. Very frustrating as I pay for Sky Stream instead of using the cheaper NowTV to be able to timeslip and watch on demand.

It was such a shame to have to miss the start of the race because the watch from start feature didn't work.
