I'm new to Sky Stream.
ive had the Puck in my living room for around four weeks and recently it's started saying 'please wait for your program to load' and then never loads. Blue screen and nothing.
Internet is provided through Sky 500mb. I also have a mesh system as I live in an old building. Internet to everything else in the house is fine.
Internet strength also showing as strong to the puck. Any ideas as it's driving me mad?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Cssgpf If you're connecting over wifi it may be an issue with the signal to the box, best to use ethernet if you can or powerline adapters.

Thanks for taking the time to post.
Unfortunately a wired connection isn't possible. We have the Puck next to the TV and connected with an HDMI cable but no access to a wired point close enough - plus I don't want wires over my house.

@Cssgpf nor should you have too, it's the "First excuse" used when people have issues (have you hard wired it). The product is advertised as WiFi & Get rid of wires so it should be able to handle it.

I have that same issue with mine goes black screen and then a message pops up please wait for programme to load I have it come up when flicking channels I used Ethernet cable which I got told to use from them on here and should solve the issue but doing that I got it last night when watching itv
